Any Pokémon with the ability to change Formes must do so in the Hidden Power and Forme thread. Only Meloetta may change Formes mid-battle via Relic Song, but can only change Formes once per battle. She is considered to be in the Aria Forme by default. Additionally, some Legendary Pokémon may not use certain event moves. The following moves are illegal:
Darkrai will not be allowed to use its event moves of Roar of Time and Spatial Rend.
Victini will not be allowed to use its event moves of Fusion Flare, Fusion Bolt, Blue Flare, Bolt Strike and Glaciate.
