Levels & Points

Trainer Points & Service Points

Two different types of points are awarded to trainers. Trainer Points (TP) & Service Points (SP). Trainer Points simply serve to show the trainers current overall standings, while Service Points can be "traded in" for trainer points, and vice versa (1/2 Service Point for 1 Trainer Point).

To work out how many points you get for a completed X-on-X battle, look at the following:
Win: X KO's and 2X Trainer Points
Tie: X KO's and 1.5X Trainer Points
Loss: X Trainer Points
Referee: X Service Points

Fast Reffing Bonus: If every round in a match is reffed within 48 hours of the last post by either trainer each round, the referee will receive 1.25 SP for each Pokémon instead of the usual 1.

Gym Reffing Bonus: As with the fast reffing bonus, Gym matches will be worth an extra .25 SP per Pokémon used on one side.

These bonuses can be cumulative, so a rapidly reffed Gym match will be worth 1.5 SP per Pokémon used on one side.

Trainer Levels

As it stands, there are 6 trainer levels. You start at level 1, and increase as your battle skills do. Based on a system using Trainer Points, you get to certain levels as your point totals rise.

Gym Leaders & The Current League Champion each require get 1/10 off of the points requirement of regular trainers to reach a certain level. The bonus IS NOT cumulative. Being both a Gym Leader & The Current League Champion DOES NOT MEAN a trainer gets 1/5 off the points requirement of regular trainers to obtain a certain level.

All badges won will have to be from different Pokémon Gyms.
